The only problem with this small HOTEL was that you had to carry your bags up over 80 stairs and very very steep stairs. If you had any health problems or age about you this property would be of no use whatsoever. The staff were good and and the area it was situated was very handy. It was also situated above a very noisy restaurant..

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room and common areas were clean and welcoming. The breakfast had a tremendous selection and was excellent. We would definitely return and stay here again, and highly recommend to others .

The room was very loud to the street all night and we could hear the other rooms around us. We had a deluxe room and should have booked the superior room which was larger, on a lower floor and quieter. The woman that checked us in was very helpful and nice.

Property was in the heart of the tourist attractions which was a plus. However, the hotel room itself ws quite different than the photos on the site. The room itself was not clean and the comforter/sheets were ripped. The bathroom door was damaged and was moldy/water damaged. Not what we expected based on the Expedia reviews and photos provided on the site.

This place is a perfect spot for travelers. It is just steps away from the Trevi fountain. There’s a rooftop bar across the street that has great views. The only negative to this place is that there are no elevators. There are a lot of steps, so be sure to keep that in mind when booking. I definitely suggest using their driver to get to the airport- they have such wonderful staff!

Great location. Staff were amazing. They arranged a driver to pick us up at the cruise port and then arranged for a driver to take us to the airport when our stay was over.

This hotel is not even a minute from Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes in every direction you will get to an attraction point. So location is the best there is. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. Very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Independent AC for every room. Fully stalked kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t be happier with the hotel. The only downside is that you hear some noise from the outside but that the tradeoff for being right in the middle of everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property. The staff made this place special because the staff was special and went out of their way for us. It was close to Trevi Fountain. The restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious! We recommend you stay here!
