Great Hotel

Great hotel, luxuriously spacious, clean comfortable family friendly room. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location to public transport and shops. The breakfast menu available was filled with many options which was good also.

The street noise and local restaurant noise went all night and morning. Did not get any sleep. Would never stay again.

We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful when asking for recommendations. The guy who held our luggage was careful with our items, professional, and provided excellent service. I really liked the security outside the hotel; we felt very safe. Did not like the noise from the outside each night, very hard to sleep, but comfy bed and pillows.

We had such a wonderful stay at Una hotel! Without a doubt it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - the room was beautiful, the bathroom and the balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly - thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable! We are very grateful and will be back again in the future!

I highly recommend for anyone needing a hotel close to Centro Terminal. The hotel is art deco style. The room was really comfortable with everything you need . Staff are lovely and friendly We had a pleasant stay
