I enjoyed my stay very much, The hotel is close to Termini, and was very convenient but it is an oasis of quiet. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar, and every staff member i had contact with was warm, helpful and friendly.

Family trip! Had extra rollaway beds and it made it much easier. Great service and helpful info if we needed it. Location of Termini made it a good spot to regroup.

The furniture in the room was soiled and worn out. I have pictures which show the chair very very terrible. Old and dirty Requested and was acknowledged for two single beds and arrived to one bed. Finally before 8pm beds were separated.

Members of my group witnessed two different victims get pick-pocketed withing a block of the hotel. Outdoors felt a bit unsafe...inside the hotel it was fantastic!

I found the location excellent and the price very good and ours included a very nice breakfast. In the bar in the evening, you can have some included sandwiches with drinks. The room was larger than many in Europe. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with Sightseeing tours.

I always like to stay at Una Deco Roma because it’s so conveniently located near Termini station. Staff are always courteous and hotel is well maintained and clean.
