Cozy apartment located on the first floor of a fabulous period building with lift - Residence Marignoli. Villa Marignoli, originally the noble residence of the Marignoli family, is a historic building in Rome, located on the corner of the elegant via Po and Corso d'Italia, in the Pinciano district, not far from the splendid public park of Villa Borghese. The building, under the protection of the Superintendency of Cultural Heritage, is considered among the most important Art Nouveau buildings in Rome.
It consists of two levels: on the lower one there are a dining area, a living area with a single sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, American coffee machine and mocha.
The second mezzanine level has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and toilet with shower.
The accommodation is also equipped with central heating, A / C condominium (works from midday to midnight), TV, WIFI, hairdryer, shared laundry room.
Bed linen and towels will be provided.

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
