First of all I wanna know how Expedia screens all these properties I’m questioning the lack of safety and responsibility of Expedia and not being able to identify and verify if indeed this place is what the pictures are showing. Our surprise was the neighborhood was very undesirable there was no warm water whatsoever then the water was extremely cold The building was not in good condition in the surroundings or very very bad. The only good thing of this is the communication just via WhatsApp with two lovely ladies one named Sara and the other one Marcelle …very lovely ladies they try their best to accommodate. I would like for Expedia to please send me your phone number that I can talk to someone other than that I would not recommend this place I travel with my husband
