Quarto mal cuidado, com janelas enferrujadas e corroídas, manchadas de tintas e sujas! Mas o mais impressionante foi o atendimento, fiquei outras vezes no hotel tinha uma comida muito boa, dessa vez não tinha mais, aí fizemos pedido no iFood, veio jantar para 4 pessoas, mas foi nos negado talheres e pratos para jantarmos! Tivemos a que comer na tampa da onde veio a comida e dividir o refrigerante no bico por terem nos negado copos também! Nunca vi um hotel fazer isso com os clientes! Maior absurdo q já presenciei!
