Sehr schöne Villa

Wir waren im Mai 2024 GĂ€ste dieser tollen Villa - wir waren schon sehr oft an der Cote d'Azur und hatten schon viele Villen gebucht - diese kann man wirklich nur empfehlen!!! Es war alles topp!!! Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Ein Kleinod an der Cote d'Azure

Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Montmajour mit unseren drei Kindern verbracht. Die schöne Villa ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit direktem Blick aus dem Garten und den Schlafzimmern auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und ist mit allem ausgerĂŒstet was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Die WLAN Verbindung ist sehr leistungsfĂ€hig. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön. Im Ort sind fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Einkauf alle notwendigen GeschĂ€fte (2 SupermĂ€rkte, Fleischer, FischgeschĂ€ft, BĂ€ckerei und einige Restaurants/Bistros) vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, unkompliziert und reagieren auf Anfragen sehr schnell.Wir durften hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen an dem es nichts auszusetzen gab.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Top gepflegtes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung. Auf einem HĂŒgel aber nahe an allem was man braucht. Wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in FerienhĂ€usern, aber das Haus ist wirklich toll. Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung - alles passt! Vielen Dank und bis zum nĂ€chsten Mal!

Urlaub im Turm

Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr eine wunderbare, außergewöhnliche und sehr charmante Unterkunft. Es fehlte an Nichts. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermieter verlief sehr entspannt und angenehm. Wir empfehlen den Turm uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter, weil er ein Ort ist um den Alltagsstress zu vergessen. Top !!

Leider sehr enttÀuschend

Wir wussten auf Grund der Bilder im Internet, dass das Haus relative traditionell eingerichtet ist. Uns war bewusst, dass die Bilder Ă€lter sind und der aktuelle Zustand wohl nicht mehr ganz den Bildern entsprechen wĂŒrde. Ein so abgelebtes Ferienhaus hĂ€tten wir jedoch nicht erwartet. Sauberkeit: Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir schockiert. Monate alter Schmutz auf den Lampenschirmen, eingetretene Kaugummis auf dem Boden (Wohnzimmer, KĂŒche und Terrasse), ein Backofen, den man so nicht mehr benutzen kann, ein völlig verdreckter Grillrost, eine SpĂŒlmaschine, mit einem alten verklebten Abwaschtab im Inneren, dreckige Fensterscheiben, verschimmelter Duschvorhang, verschmierter Badezimmerspiegel, völlig verdreckte und fleckige Polstergruppe, verdreckter Pool, usw., alles unappetitlich und unzumutbar. Der gesamte Wohnraum riecht nach Heiz-Öl, dieser war sehr störend und unangenehm. Lieblose Einrichtung: Eine Stehlampe ohne Schirm, EsszimmerstĂŒhle, die dort einfach wie in einer Abstellkammer rumstehen, usw. Auf den Bildern im Internet sieht das schon sehr viel anders aus. Das wĂŒrde ich als liebevoll eingerichtet betrachten, der Ist-Zustand beileibe nicht. Auch das Bad ist alles andere als ok, die Badewanne viel zu eng und unbequem um darin stehend zu duschen. Auch eine sich stĂ€ndig wegdrehende Brause ist nervig. Der Umstand, dass das Internet nicht funktionierte, möchte ich dem Vermieter nicht anlasten, aber es gehört zu einer nicht gerade gĂŒnstigen Unterbringung einfach dazu, dass es jemand vor Ort gibt, der sich darum kĂŒmmern kann. Ich habe mich schlussendlich selbst mit dem Kundendienst des Internet-Providers satte 3 Stunden am Telefon rumgeschlagen, um das Problem zu lösen. Mir ist schleierhaft, wie die guten Rezensionen zustande kommen! Wir bereisen seit Jahren ganz Europa und mieten immer wieder ganze HĂ€user. Unsere Erfahrungen waren nicht immer 100% perfekt, gewisse Abstriche und Kompromisse muss man immer eingehen, aber wir hatten noch nie Anlass zur Klage oder einen Grund eine negative Rezension zu hinterlassen. Wir hatten allerdings auch noch nie solche ZustĂ€nde vorgefunden. Das PreisleitungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt bei dieser Unterbringung ganz und gar nicht.

Wundervoll

Mit unseren zwei Kindern haben wir eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und der Pool mit den LiegestĂŒhlen lĂ€dt dazu ein, den ganzen Tag dort zu verweilen. Abends haben wir die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Cette villa est superbe mais certaines choses ne vont pas comme le ménage, l'entretien de la piscine qui n'est pas formidable et surtout le fait que personne ne soit présent à notre arrivée pour faire un état des lieux. Beaucoup de choses étaient défectueuses. L'endroit est splendide mais cela ne fait pas tout .

Une villa au calme avec vue

Villa atypique, plein de charme. À 5 min en voiture du port des Issambres. Une vue juste magnifique. C’est vraiment agrĂ©able de se dĂ©tendre autour de la piscine ou du salon de jardin. La villa est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et permet une tranquillitĂ© pour tous. J’ai vraiment adorĂ© y sĂ©journer !

magnifique villa

Villa conforme au descriptif, quartier calme et paisible, vue imprenable. une vrai carte postale. Propriétaire réactif quand une question se pose. Un contrÎle plus approfondie entre 2 location serait nécessaire, pour éviter au suivant quelques ajustements. Je recommande le lieux et nous y reviendront c'est trÚs beau, et le coté atypique de la villa nous a charmé.

Wunderschönes HÀuschen mit super Blick

Wir hatten 2 ganz wunderbare Wochen in dem schönen traditionellen französchen Haus. Selbst aus dem Bett hat man einen unglaublichen Meerblick. Die lage ist toll und der kleine Ort hat montags einen schönen markt wo man Fisch und GemĂŒse kaufen kann.
