Charming apartment, does need some upgrading

A small apartment at a very nice location (if you don't mind traffic noise). The apartment is old and does need some upgrading and cleaning, but is very charming at the same time, with direct access to a small beach.A kitchen with a lot of old items, a functional bathroom, good beds (French size) and air conditioning (highly appreciated as we were there in a very hot week).
