Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate toilet. The upper floor features one room with a French bed (160 cm) and access to a balcony, and another room with two beds. There is also a shower room with a double hand-basin on this level.
