This hotel is nice. However it is not in Buenos Aires. The price they charge for a room is way over market. Good breakfast in the morning. Only stayed one night because it was too expensive.

Everything was good, except my mother slipped in the bathtub because it didn't have nothing non-slip. Even the floors of the bedroom and bathroom were slippery. The regulation on the temperature of the water was not working properly, or to hot or to cool. The breakfast buffet was so good, except they need to put some signs in the meals.

Ok stay in Rosario

This was a last minute booking and the value was there, for a hotel with A/C and amenities. The hotel needs an update and the pools are very small and the gym is a joke

The hotel is in a pretty good part of town, you can easily walk places and there are a lot of restaurants to eat at if you walk down to Pellegrini Ave. With that being said, the room didn’t have towels, I had to walk down to the lobby and ask for them because the staff didn’t pick up the phone. The rooms need updated and the cleaningness wasn’t great. Also, there wasn’t any hot water in the morning to shower, which is escential since it is winter. I called downstairs to let them know and they said they would “look into it” but never heard back nor they apologized for the mayor inconvenience. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. I left the next morning in search or a hotel where I would actually shower...

Nos llamó la atención que llegamos media hora antes y no nos hicieron el ingreso, solo nos informaron que teníamos que esperar hasta las 13 horas. Lo que pasó después es que a las 14 éramos varios los huéspedes y se demora el ingreso. Sugerencia, si llegas antes háganle el check in, así agilizan el ingreso. En general todo bien. Los colchones de las camas estaban muy degradados, o sea muy blandos.
