Studio in the beach of Almadraba (Roses) with a private parking space and a charming terrace. Capacity 1/2 people.





The studio is distributed in:

* Dining room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm) and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).

* Equipped kitchen (microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster ...).

* Bathroom with shower.

* Terrace.

* Access to communal laundry.

* Private parking space.

* Direct access to the beach.



Located in the zone Almadraba's beach (accessible with bus from June to September and by foot through the 'Camí de Ronda'), where you will find restaurants and its large sandy beach.

At 4,1km there's Roses center, with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and touristic interest spots.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Arrival and departure times can be adjusted according to the season.

The price does not include bed linen and towels. You can rent them for €15 /person.

To the indicated price it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 1€ per person over 16 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 7€ per person).
