Ich komme seid 1984 nach Spanien und das war die schlechteste Unterkunft, die ich je hatte. Wir hatten ein tierisches Problem. Nachdem wir der Agentur das Problem mitgeteilt hatten, bekamen wir die Antwort, das sei für Rosas im Sommer normal.Es wurde zwar eine Matratze getauscht und mit einem haushaltsüblichen Insektenspray gesprüht, aber das hatte das Problem leider nicht gelöst. Wir hatten einen Deckenventilator in einer Ecke im Wohnzimmer, für das Schlafzimmer fragten wir nach einem Tisch oder Fußventilator. Wir hatten teilweise 27 Grad in der Nacht. Es wurde uns keiner zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf der Anzeige wurde ein renoviertes Appartment abgebildet, wir bekamen das Unrenovierte. Auch FeWo direkt hat auf unsere Beschwerde bis heute keine Antwort gegeben. Für diesen Aufenthalt kann ich noch nicht Mal einen Stern geben.
