This accommodation is located in Santa Margarita's Urbanization, just 5 min by car from the Centre of Roses and it has a capacity for 4 people. The beach of fine sand, with one of the most crystalline waters of all the Girona Coast, is just a 250 meters from the apartment, there you can practice water sports. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can taste the best seafood of the Roses Bay. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple opportunities that offers la Costa Brava.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 1.93 per person per night. Animals: 25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.
INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that upon arrival you have an Internet connection and that Data Roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, since the electronic system is activated by a link that you will receive via WS.
