Semi-detached villa (the part rented is on the first floor) with 3 bedrooms (two large and one smaller), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), large living room with open kitchen and large terrace overlooking the sea. The house is furnished with family furniture but with the new purchase kitchen. The building is from 1950, subsequently restructured. A pellet stove is installed in the house so it is heated even in winter
Around a 1500 square meter park in a very quiet residential area.
The property is 300 meters from the Quercetano bay, where there are equipped beaches and free beaches. At the same distance the center of Castiglioncello where all the services are found (shops, clubs etc).
The area of ​​Castiglioncello offers various possibilities of access to the sea, both sandy beaches and suggestive rocks with crystal clear water. It is also possible to practice various water sports (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing etc).

The property rooms were clean and the property is accurately described. The location is great with a small supermarket nearby and good access to paid and free beaches. Communication with the owner was good. However it is very tired inside with several items in poor condition. The kitchen is very small, a lot of the cooking and eating utensils and crockery were dirty from previous guests. Other problems were - one toilet seat slides off the basin and the other is very stiff so that the lid and seat move as one. The shower glass partition is very loose. Some cupboards have missing doors, some lights have missing bulbs. One bed was broken but this was replaced by the owner. There are no fans. The WiFi must come from downstairs and is very weak and only reaches certain rooms. The owner also apologised about the awning on the terrace that was badly torn and he made a temporary repair.

Holiday with a dog

Very nice place, good location, walking distance to the local beaches. Castiglioncello is a very friendly place, we travelled in the low season, so it was quiet. We also had our dog with us, she was alway welcome everywhere. This part of Italy seems to be very dog-friendly! The appartement is big enough for 6 people, not 7, as advertised on the Vrbo-Website Giaccomo made sure that everything was ready for us at arrival. The big terrace is comfortable for 6 people, with a beautiful view to the beach. We can definetly reccomend this place for a holiday

Vermieter gute,zuverlässige Kommunikation,Video mit Infos zum Hereinkommen,stets erreichbar u bemüht.Aussicht aufs Meer auf großem Balkon im 1. OG.Gartengrundstück. Nachteil: keine Fliegengitter u zig Mücken. Wir waren alle zerstochen und mussten täglich die Wohnung absuchen.Sanitäre Anlagen 50er Jahre?Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.Spinnweben,schmutziger Backofen,Töpfe uralt,alles wenig einladendend.Insgesamt kein "Willkommen"-Gefühl.Es ist ja nicht, wie schon oft erlebt, nötig, dass man bei Ankunft Wasser, Wein u Blumen vorfindet,aber nach 17 Std Fahrt wären bezogene Betten u Seife im Bad doch das Mindeste gewesen.Dass man unter Tagesdecken schläft ("italian standard" wurde uns gesagt, kennen wir aber anders) ist für uns sehr ungewöhnlich.Leider waren diese auch eindeutig nicht frisch gewaschen.Es gab null Bettdecken und erst recht keine Bettwäsche.Unser Sohn musste eine kratzige Wolldecke nehmen.Das war unakzeptabel.Am 5. Tag bekamen wir dann Decken,aber nur Inlets.Das hat die Urlaubsfreude getrübt. Möbel alt, deutlich abgenutzt u Sammelsurium.Bett bestand aus an der Wand befestigten Kopfteilen alter Betten mit einem Metallgestell.Matratze ok, nur 1 durchgesessenes Sofa, 3 Tassen, sonst alles da.Wlan gut.Vermieter nett,hat aber eindeutig andere Einstellung zu "wohnlich" u "gemütlich.Für Urlaub, der aus Strand und nur-Restaurantbesuchen besteht,ist der Aufenthalt geeignet.Für Selbstversorger,die entspannte Abende in der Wohnung gemütlich verbringen wollen,eher nicht.

L'emplacement est divin, la terrasse immense, les hôtes fort sympathiques. Il y a de la place pour garer 2 voitures. Juste, prévoyez une cafetière et que la baignoire n'est pas pratique pour la douche. Sinon, rien à redire.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation war problemlos. Von der Wohnung aus gelangt man gut zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort.

Great host. Caring and very helpful. When there was a slight problem with the internet, he resolved it very quickly. Since the weather was rainy and cool, Giacomo suggested using a pellet stove. Communication with him was without any problems. He offered his help and we felt free to turn to him with our questions.

Schönes, altes, großes Haus in toller Lage. Verbesserungswürdig waren nur die Sauberkeit sowie das schwache WLAN. Der Vermieter war dafür sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Giacomo ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, die Lage des Hauses und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist groß und funktional ausgestattet, die Matratzen etwas älter und weich, das Bad sehr einfach... Aber man wird immer wieder belohnt durch den Garten voller Zitronen, den Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang, die kurzen Wege in den Ort und zum Strand. Gerne wieder!

Angenehme Unterkunft in einer separaten geräumigen Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist nah am Zentrum und der Badebucht aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet einen schönen Ausblick, auch auf das Meer. Wir mochten das Zirpen der Grillen und den Besuch der Wandgeckos (sehr interessant). Ansonsten war bis auf die Mikrowelle und Grill alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt etwas alt.

Très belle location dans un cadre idyllique et un quartier résidentiel très calme à deux pas de la mer. Le balcon est un plus pour les repas au soleil avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, un point de vue exceptionnel pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Par contre remplacer le rideau de douche par une parois serait un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bien placé dans un quartier calme au milieu de la verdure avec vu mer depuis le balcon. Possibilité d aller à la plage et au centre de castiglioncello à pied. La pièce principale est spacieuse et les deux chambres principales aussi. La troisième est équipé de lit superposé. De grands rangements dans les chambre. Castiglioncello est un bon point de départ pour visiter la Toscane. Florence Pise Sienne San gimignano île d Elbe.
