This hotel used to be some else?A Wyndham I think. But is nowundergoing renovations. I stayed on one of the newer king suite rooms - and was very nice! The suite had king bed with new linens, mattress, sofa & kitchenette area. The front desk manager (Indian gentleman) was also "very nice" and accommodating. If I had to pass through Roswell in the future, I would definitely stay there again! (Major_USMC)

Staff had a party next to my room, there was cigarette butts in my room( non smoking hotel) I could smell the drunk staff smoking too. My room had a clogged tub and this was second disgusting room they moved me to that night. I come to Roswell every month and this hotel treated me horribly.

Free Parking. Outside area was rundown. Room was clean and comfortable with refrigerator and freezer. TV worked, but TV remote did not. Heater near window was off but worked fine. Continental breakfast was provided.
