Good price, generally good shape, could do things to make the property better (like sweep up dead bugs in the lobby or pick up trash near main entrance.

Go to a different Hotel

So I had stayed at this place 7 years ago but I guess there is new ownership and the building seems to be deteriorating, it is hotter in the hallways than it is outside. And I had to wear my flip-flops inside the hotel room the entire time because it was very very dirty. I was not impressed and honestly, wish I could get my money back cuz it was not worth the money I paid. The only saving grace and why it gets two stars and not one star is the front desk ladies were very nice

I had a good experience at this motel. The room was neat and spacious. The staff was polite and quick to help. The area around the motel was safe. It’s a good place to stay if you're looking for comfort at a fair price.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet for the location. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and ample parking. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and stores, which made it easy to get around. It's a great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Catfished

So I booked rooms here based on the photo that was provided by the hotel. It was nothing like the photo. It was a studio type room with a kitchenette and it was filthy. I checked for bedbugs and there were none. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well but that was the highlight. There were holes in the ceilings, food yuck on the walls in the kitchen. Stained carpets. My friends found underwear and other things in their cabinets. We put our suitcases on the couch we we wouldn't be tempted to sit on it. The table was sticky and gross. The fridge was cold but I wouldn't dare have used the sink, microwave or stove. We had a good laugh over it but would definitely never stay again or recommend. Also the price went up quite a bit from what was quoted on the hotels.com website. I have lots more photos but it won't let me upload anymore.

It's not just good -it's good enough!

This hotel is earnestly run and decently maintained. Because of the price, I did not expect a first class hotel, and it's not. But for the price, it's an excellent value and is well-run by the folks I met. Not squeaky clean but not problematically dirty -just "good enough" to indicate that the staff are doing the job, but can't spend a lot of time on each room because they don't charge enough per night for that degree of staffing. Again, "you get what you pay for." I appreciated that, for what they charge, they keep the place clean enough and orderly enough to make it a good place to stop for a night or two.

Ever room has mold in the showers. Some rooms the doors arent install correctly. Rooms are dirty as if they dont vacuum or clean. Employees dont seem to care about anything but taking your money.
