The coastal vibe in our home will richen your SouthWest Florida experience. This New Duplex Construction home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, clean new laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a lanai with a patio and backyard space.
A beach drive takes 12 min(aprox.) and we provide two beach chairs with an umbrella, a cooler bag and a few beach towels.
For your evening strolls we provide Two Electric Bikes 🚲 (by request )and two cruiser bikes are available to take you around the neighborhood.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Beautiful Property

We stayed 5 days at this beautiful place. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The home is beautifully furnished, super clean and had everythinvg we needed for our comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and the master bed was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.
