We were disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room. We had to sleep with windows open at night with a fan brought in by the front desk.The pool was out of service and the sight of it was very unpleasant.

We’re family with kids stayed there & the parking assigned too far from the room. Upstairs room was inconvenient with family with kids. The amenities were not refilled. However, the manager brought refill of shampoo, shower jell & hand wash after informing. Given only 2 towels for 4 guests. It was quite expensive compared to the cost & seems proper care wasn't taken preparing the room for check in.

The female staff members were very helpful I think that daily servicing of rooms would be a bonus as things like toilet paper soap etc need replacing

Would NOT recommend! I made a last minute online booking about 1.5hrs before arrival, and I couldn't even stay at this property due to feeling unsafe with my family. We checked out again about an hour later. The rooms pictured are at the back of the property and are the only thing 'done up' since being emergency housing (interior only). The remainder of the property looks like its decades past needing repair/upgrade and even though it stated the pool and restaurant were under repair - there was no signs of that. I was given a park at the front of the property facing rooms with peeling painted over windows or stacks of applicances. Rusty pipes everywhere. Before booking online, I phoned to ask if they were emergency housing to which they said no and they did not mention that they HAD been. I only found this out when they phoned me and their old name 'Four Canoes' came up. They have refused to provide any refund to me despite not even staying there.

So so as pool looked not healthy and was In plan sight , I understand they r mid renovation mode and the inside of rooms where done there was still a lot of work to do there hope they get there good luck and parking lot was a little mix up as to where your rooms were

The Marsden provided everything we needed for our. Nice clean tidy room, good beds to come back to each evening. And the shower was one of the best we've experienced in all our years of traveling.

The room photographs beautifully but that is where the positivity ends. The pool was green, the restaurant was gutted. It was very hot when we visited and there is no AC or fans. We stayed two nights and the cleaners never came once despite having a sign on the door asking them to do so. Despite having a room out the back we had to park to an assigned car space no where near our room. Tried to discuss concerns with manager but he was useless. Avoid at all cost as there is no value for money here.

The property was clean and quiet. There was no air conditioning in the room and the place is under renovation and you can see by some of the finishes it was done on the cheap but it also reflected on the cheap price to stay here so it was value for money, we were also upgraded for free, so we are more than happy with our stay. Thought there might have been netflix or sky tv to watch but there is none of these, We did enjoy our stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful and the place was super clean. I would stay again

Overall this was great accommodation for myself and my daughter :) The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy and it was very local to the shops. The only con was that there was no air conditioning, so it was a little hot at night time. It was also under renovations so looked run down from the outside and the pool wasnt going. Othet than that it was fine :)

Very disappointed in this property. Beds comfortable. Room clean but basic. No dishes or cutlery provided. Wifi very unreliable, kept dropping out and then dropped out completely. Pools under maintenance which not aware of, they were very dirty and green. Pool area very shabby. Light switch on opposite side of room to lights over bed.
