The room and facilities were very clean and well presented. The staff at every level were extremely good and on top of their jobs. They were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the food served in the restaurant was of the highest order. Only one suggestion: any guest staying more than two nights on the lower floors should automatically have robes in their room.

Comfortable stay and pool and hot tubs nice. I had hoped to have some chairs patio furniture on our room's balcony, but there was none. The sulpher smell of the hot springs was pretty intense.

Everything about this hotel was perfection! The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is huge, and we always got a park in the parking area. The pool and hot pools were quiet and relaxing, and the hotel bar makes a delicious negroni. It's close to lots of good spots to eat in Rotorua, we felt very relaxed here!
