Parking was over capacity, the secondary car park does not feel as secure. A few leaks about the place in the heavy rain. Just shows age. Good food options though. And obviously a fantastic location. Make sure to book ahead if you want to get a massage or treatment, can be busy.

Well positioned in heart of the action. Close to Lake side, shopping and dining. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice. Hot drinks were barely passable though. Lovely bed. Friendly staff. Beautiful indoor pool, so warm.

Expedia is still showing an option for paying extra for “Lounge Access”. Except the Lounge is currently closed. Hotel staff were unconcerned, “Linda” from Expedia was helpful but failed to contact the hotel which was needed for a price adjustment. So paid extra for something that wasn’t available. Staff could not care less when mentioned. More generally, not a great experience. Breakfast was understaffed and pretty poor quality and levels of service across the hotel were pretty bad. Room was clean and reasonably well equipped but the general feel was that none of the staff could really be bothered. Would avoid the entire chain again

I would not recommend. I stayed with my two children. The air conditioning and room safe were broken. We were offered a new room, which we accepted, but no one offered to help shift our belongings at 9pm at night. The new room was next to construction which was noisy in the morning. No apology or acknowledgement by staff at check out.

Car park spaces are limited. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel within a year. Both time, we had issues. Last year was the hot water problem and this year, it was water burst in bathroom which led to room change. We were traveling with kids and had 2 rooms next to each other originally. They couldn’t arrange rooms next to each other again after room change. We were a corridor apart. There was no compensation but only apology from the maintenance guy. The reception was not helpful, no sincere apology or offer alternatives. Lucky that we had a very good maintenance staff helped us to fight for room change otherwise we were told to stay in the same room without water as the main tap needed to be turned off!! Really not helpful reception, offered no compassion

I think you need to work on your breakfast offer, being a Head chef of a large catering company, I feel you just need a retrain and refresh of your current offer, seasoning, taste.
