Well located hotel, 2 min walk to Polynesian Spa. On-site parking. We loved the indoor-outdoor heated swimming pool, and the restaurant offers a nice buffet breakfast. Enjoyed a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was very quiet.

Check in was very slow and took an hour due to a computer system being down. Room key was broken but they fixed it pretty promptly. Room was quite far away to walk to, particularly with two young kids. Didn't have enough towels and had to request more. It was good otherwise.

Changmo

Although the hotel has a slightly older feel, it did not detract from our stay at all. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the service we received was truly outstanding—on par with that of a five-star hotel. Our room was always spotlessly clean, and the swimming pool was a real highlight. We especially enjoyed spending time there with our child, which made our stay even more special. From now on, I don’t think we will need to look for any other hotel when visiting again. Thank you once again to the wonderful team at Millennium Hotel for such a memorable experience.

room was clean and spacious and updated. but not even lotion or a pen and note pad? and no garbage bin in the room? and tea bags are low quality. just small things that make hotel look petty. some things that even a more moderately priced hotel provide but not at this higher end property. makes no sense.

The hotel is a very average hotel. The service is not good. They also charged us breakfast fee even though we did not have breakfast there. If you come to Rotorua, I don’t recommend this one since it’s not really a four star hotel.
