Papawai Townhouse is situated on a large green site within an easy walk to the CBD, the Rotorua Lakefront and the bars and restaurants of Eat Street. This is the perfect stop for small families or two groups of friends looking to get out and about in Rotorua. The unit has been renovated with holiday makers in mind and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including an office space upstairs with a dedicated desk and chair to catch up on work.

You have your own back yard with a BBQ and table & chairs to chill out at the end of the day and enjoy a sun downer.

A well set out two bedroom unit with one bathroom plus a second toilet downstairs.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed. Bedroom two has two King Single Beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom.
Professionally laundered, high quality linen.

Heating is provided by a heat pump which can also be used for cooling in the summer.

DO NOT STAY HERE

They advertize that the property is airconditioned but all they have is a unit on 1st floor. There is NO airconditioning in upsatirs where bedrooms are and it was VERY warm. We ending up sleeping on the couch. Also, be aware that this townhouse is 2 blocks away from a hot spring and the FOUL sulfur odor permeates into the home. Terrible place for the price!

Nice, modern townhouse about a 20 minute walk to downtown. We had access to a quiet backyard with a barbeque as well. Highly recommended.

Everything we needed

Well located for a great Rotorua stopover this comfortable townhouse had everything a small family would need to be self-contained. Upstairs was pretty warm for sleeping but fans helped.
