Our ancient building is ideally-located in the heart of Rouen's preserved pedestrian historical centre at a 2-minute walk from Rouen's famous Cathedral and rue du Gros Horloge.
You will enjoy the convenience of being close to famous museums, monuments, shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés in a serene, calm and relaxing environment.
Our lovely fully-refurbished apartment was recently equipped, furnished and decorated to ensure that you feel at home and have a memorable experience during your stay.
This beautiful and very pleasant apartment is very calm and well lit thanks to its South-facing windows over the garden, which offer a great view on Rouen's Notre-Dame Cathedral. This one bedroom apartment is both very well furnished and equipped, ideally located and remarkably calm. It is overall a perfect accommodation for a couple wishing to discover Rouen right from its very historic pedestrian centre.

The flat is on GF+1 and its entrance door opens on the living room, with the bathroom (shower, sink, drawers, toilet, heated towel rack, hair-dryer) on the right, and the bedroom with its comfortable queen-size (63"x79") bed with a dressing on the left.

We fully renovated this lovely apartment with your comfort in mind in early 2025, and we look very much forward to welcoming you at this amazing address in the best neighborhood to be with numerous tasteful shops and great nearby restaurants and cafés around.

Nous cherchions un logement pour passer un week-end à Rouen, et en dernière minute, nous avons trouvé cette pépite, en plein centre ville, au pied de la cathédrale. Le logement est très agréable, très bien situé, très propre et un accompagnement de la part du propriétaire par des emails donnant des informations sur le logement, sur les activités à faire, des recommandations qui ont contribué à ce que le séjour se passe de la meilleure des façons.
