The comfortable bedroom is furnished with care, offering a peaceful place for a restful rest with its large double bed (160x190cm).
The modern walk-in shower adds a touch of sophistication to your daily routine. What's more, a washer/dryer is available to make practical tasks easier for longer stays.
Good to know: The 2 velux windows in the living room are fitted with heat- and UV-resistant external blinds, and the velux window in the bedroom is fitted with an external blind and an internal blackout blind.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. Situated not far from the Saint-Maclou district and the church of the same name, Place Saint-Marc is also close to many of Rouen's tourist and historical points of interest. The Notre-Dame de Rouen cathedral, the Gros Horloge and other emblematic monuments of the city are all within easy reach.

The area is well served by public transport, with several bus and metro lines. This makes it easy to access Place Saint-Marc from other parts of the city, making it even more attractive.
If you arrive by train at Rouen station, take bus F7 or 11, get off at the République stop and your accommodation is a 5-minute walk away.
If you are arriving from the bus station, take the TEOR T1, T2, T3, get off at the république stop and your accommodation is a 5-minute walk away.

A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, please contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse.
Please note that this flat is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to provide you with cupboard space to organise your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open cupboards that are closed/marked as private.
Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know.
