No water?

At no time, was I told that the water in the hotel would be shut off at 8 am the next morning. This would have been useful knowledge before booking. No water at 8 am... showers, bathrooms, etc is ridiculous especially at full price.

Nice area, many stores and restaurants in walking distance. Has a Bar/restaurant in hotel lobby, but didn't try it out so can't rate that. Very nice staff. About 20 m8ns from Naval base and Naval graduation.

Big refresh needed

Like many hotels, once upon a Time this was very nice. Unfortunately, that time has passed. The room feels very dated. We also have no hot water and after reporting it still had no hot water the next day. Some type of mold in shower. Then they moved us to a room and offered us I mean a couple of drinks tickets for the inconvenience. No USB ports.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo Chicago-Vernon Hills by IHG. The manager who was working when we checked in was great! Only complaint is the walls had a few chips on them and housekeeping left no towels the 2nd day we stayed.

Passable close to the sports fields

This hotel is very close to the sports complex and was the hotel recommended by our tournament. It is passable for a few nights and the convenience. The room was not clean (there was blood on the comforter) and they were not flexible with a late check out of an hour so that we could have our athlete shower before a long flight back to the west coast. They also don't have any shower facilities near the gym or pool so we took a stinky flight home. Probably would not stay here again.
