A few steps away from the medieval town of Rousset-les-Vignes, but lost in the middle of vineyards, this designed villa is hidden into the wild nature, on a 4800 m2 undulating ground planted with pines trees and live oak. Full south facing, infinity pool of 13 m with a paddling pool for children, bordered with red cedar beaches. Large bay windows enlighten the cathedral living room and the library. Going west, you will enjoy meals on another terrace made of cedar, connected with the super kitchen equipped with a Boffi hob, refrigerator, freezer, washer, washing machines, built in oven. Upstairs: terrace of the main room, 180º view between the Ventoux and the Cevennes (130 kms). The children'sfriends' bedroom is opened on the mountain nearby. The mezzanine can welcome a double bedding. Fully tiled bathroom with azure enamels with a Roman shower, a sink and the second toilets. The gates protects your privacy.

Très belle maison dans un écrin de verdure exceptionnel. L’intérieur de la maison est chaleureux. Nombreuse livres à disposition. La région est magnifique avec multiples points d’intérêts culturels et randonnées dans les vignes. Piscine très agréable et propre. Accueil exceptionnel de Virginie gérante de la conciergerie. Elle règle le moindre problème très rapidement. Il ne manque que la climatisation dans les chambres pour que ce soit parfait.

Mis à part la tramontane et la piscine non chauffée notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Endroit calme et agréable. Les balades aux alentours et restaurants sont des plus apprécialbles . L'accueil de Vriginie fut très professionnel, à l'écoute, réactive ....

Beautiful house, beautiful surroudings

Nous avons passé 10 jours excepitonnels dans la villa. La maison est pleine de vie. Ce n'est pas une villa conventionnelle comme dans un grand complexe de vacances et c'est exactement ce que nous cherchions. La piscine est très agréable, il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser à l'extérieur selon les moments de la journée. La région est magnifique. Nous avons passé quelques soirées à Rousset-Les-Vignes, village très agréable aussi.

We enjoyed the stunning architecture & garden - however this villa needs maintenance

All in all we (3 people) have spent some lovely 12 days in this villa. However, when we arrived we were quite surprised about a few things and there were more unwanted surprises in the following days: the small bedroom does not match the pictures since it serves as a storage for cushions and other stuff so it is tiny and uncomfortable. We ordered towels and linen: we only received 4 old beach towels and only 3 bed sheets without a proper duvet (which you need when it gets cooler in September). In the kitchen: the fridge was full insects so we had to clean it up ourselves, the gas bottle of the stove was closed and we had to find out how to make it work, after a few days we discovered a flooded closet full of old cleaning products under the sink which was fixed by a plumber the next day. In the bathroom: besides the fact this wasn’t cleaned properly, too you need to be very careful when taking a shower because the water drains poorly so the entire bathroom is basically flooded after having used it. In the living room there were some power sockets without power so you have to be creative to get some light. You can say these are normal hiccups in a house that is rented on a seasonal basis, but it does not suit the presentation and photos (since in the end it is unfortunately bric-a-brac) and it is a bad price performance ratio. We appreciated the easy communication with the owner with all these problems. Definitely a nice place surrounded by fantastic nature and silence that has to be taken care of though when rented for such a price per night.

Merveilleuse maison de vacances

Très belle maison d'architecte au calme, immergée dans la nature. Très bien équipée et décorée, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. L'accueil a été très sympa et pro. Une maison parfaite pour passer de douces vacances en famille !

Oui mais...

Maison très belle et très agréable. Le séjour aurait pu être parfait si ce n’est l’état de la piscine. Dès notre arrivée elle ne nous a pas semblé être entretenue. La couleur, les algues marrons à la surface ainsi que l’odeur ne permettait pas de profiter de la piscine. Et l’état a empiré de jour en jour. Malgré les relances, nous sommes restés sans nouvelles des propriétaires. Nous avons été très déçus, sachant que la présence d’une piscine était pour nous un critère indispensable dans le choix de cette location.

aangenaam verblijf in dit originele huis met groot zwembad.De verschillende terrassen maken het mogelijk om elke maaltijd buiten in de schaduw te nuttigen wat heel comfortabel is bij het zeer warme weer.

La villa ultime pour passer de magnifiques instants en famille

Je vais avoir du mal à ne pas être dithyrambique tellement j'ai aimé mon séjour dans ce lieu. Les photos parlent d'elles même et tout est conforme. Contact avec la propriétaire simple et très sympathique. Accueil parfait par Yohan. Entretien nickel. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le niveau d'équipement de la villa tant au niveau des équipements de la cuisine (j'ai rarement vu un tel choix d'ustensiles ) que des équipements de loisirs. On a vraiment l'impression d'arriver chez soi. On est tout de suite à l'aise et le cadre est vraiment propice à la détente. La piscine est formidable car très longue et entourée d'un environnement magnifique. Les extérieurs sont superbes et j'ai beaucoup apprécié de jouer les explorateurs avec les enfants. La literie est excellente. L'absence de clim n'a pas été préjudiciable malgré les très fortes chaleurs. Un gros plus pour la localisation car la villa est au calme et à l'abri des regards tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités en voiture. La région est par ailleurs splendide. Je reviendrai à coup sûr dans ce lieu hors du commun.

Maison charmante au milieu de nulle part...

Nous avons adoré cette maison nichée au cœur d'une pinède, entendre les cigales, profiter de la piscine, du calme, sentir la lavande et se balader à travers les vignes et les abricotiers...sous un ciel essentiellement bleu!

Location d'une maison d'architecte dans les saffres

Nous avons passé une semaine magique dans cette superbe maison,dans un décor incroyable.le soleil étant de la partie ,nous avons suivi son parcours en passant de terrasse en terrasse. Tout y est prévu pour passer un bon séjour, la cuisine et son équipement, le salon et tous les livres disponibles,la nature,le calme, l'architecture....pour des artistes comme nous,la source d'inspiration ne s'est jamais tarie, nos carnets regorgent de croquis,et les peintures réalisées sur place nous rappellent à chaque regard dans quel endroit superbe nous avons passé nos dernières vacances.merci à Mme Gillen et à Yannick ,notre personne de contact.
