Ideal for busy professionals and workers who are not present during the day, as there is a foot care clinic open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and all conversations from the clinic can be heard from the residence.
Therefore, teleworking will not be possible during the day!

The apartment is a large 4½-bedroom with a basement, where every detail has been thought of for your comfort.
- Two closed bedrooms with ultra-comfortable queen beds. An elegant bedroom on the ground floor and the second bedroom in the basement.

- A large, well-stocked kitchen on the ground floor (utensils, dishes, oil, condiments, Keurig with pods included, etc.).
