We stayed in room 131. The room itself was tiny to move around in, and one wall was mirrored, making you feel like you were being watched. Bathroom facilities were good, hovewer while taking the shower be prepered to wipe the whole floor, sink, and toilet as the water goes everywhere. Also, there's no rug on the floor by the bed, and the floor gets very cold! Breakfast is great! We stayed in the hotel for two nights, and it cost us almost £400, which we found a bit expensive for the quality of the stay.

We had a lovely one night stay here in Jan 2026. Its a really good base, perfectly located in the city centre, easy walking distance to anywhere including most activity pickups. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. We had dinner in the Bull Bar & Grill downstairs which had a really nice atmosphere, and very convenient as its just downstairs in the hotel, so you dont have to go outside! We had a burger and ribs and both were really good. The lounge area by reception is really tastefully done, and we enjoyed sitting there a few times enjoying the comfy seating and free flavoured water / blueberry juice. Our room was a little small (not much space to put suitcases/unpack) but the beds were comfortable, and a nice bathroom. Would happily stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it was very centric and based on the pictures the rooms and bathrooms looked spacious, however, when we got to our room it was very small as well as the bathroom. Once we put our luggage in place there was barely any room to walk.

Loved the location of this hotel! Close to everything, shops, food, ice skating rink in city center, and The Angry Birds park (haha) the kids loved going there and sledding down the hill! Also the buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The best I’ve ever had. Such a delicious selection of foods and most of it gluten free! Rovaniemi was such a safe haven for being celiac. Rooms were lovely and nicely cleaned. Shower was on the small side but I didn’t mind. Would recommend!

Amazing location! There is a shopping centre right across the street and two more within a short walk. The room was cozy, just a little small, but comfortable. We loved the Rituals toiletries, and the breakfast was very good!
