Fantastic accommodation! Couldn’t really fault anything - it had everything we needed and wanted. The only thing would be that there is no main reception but chalet staff are always at hand with whatever you need via WhatsApp. And the place is slightly remote which means no easy access to public transport routes so we had to use Uber everytime. Really appreciated the bidet/toilet shower! I didn’t expect it considering not many accommodations have this (which is shocking as it’s essential to proper hygiene) so was really chuffed with that. My friend that I was staying with absolutely loved the sauna. Overall, a fab place to stay and have already recommended it to another person!

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Lapland. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a winter fairytale. The cabin itself is stunning — warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with every little detail creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The private sauna and jacuzzi were true highlights. Sitting in warm bubbles while watching the snow fall around me was absolutely unforgettable. It’s the kind of experience that makes you pause, breathe, and just appreciate the moment. And the breakfast… wow. Every morning, a beautifully prepared basket was delivered right to the door — fresh, delicious, and such a lovely way to start the day without even needing to step outside. It made the whole stay feel extra luxurious and personalized. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a bit of magic, this cabin is everything. I left feeling completely recharged and already wishing I could go back. Highly, highly recommended.

Lapland Glow Chalets is a true hidden gem! The location is stunning - peaceful Arctic nature all around - and the chalet’s design feels modern, warm, and thoughtfully detailed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the private sauna and hot tub made the stay truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a unique and luxurious experience in Rovaniemi, this place is an absolute must stay!

- Zimmer und Bad sehr schön. - Lage der Anlage auch gut - nur 17km ins Weihnachtsmanndorf und zum Flughafen. - Online Check-in 2x nicht möglich, da der Server beide Male nicht funktioniert hat. - Frühstück, na ja, war nicht sehr viel und überwiegend Süßwaren. - Zimmerpreis für eine weitere Nacht, vor dem Abflug, von 19. auf 20.12. war ziemlich teuer. - Reaktionszeit auf die Emails äußerst langsam bzw. wurde z.T. überhaupt nicht auf die Fragen geantwortet! - Im Allgemeinen würde ich die Unterkunft aber weiterempfehlen, wenn die angesprochenen Verbesserungen noch stattfinden würden!

O chalé é maravilhoso, novo, limpo e muito confortável. Tudo impecável. O que sentimos falta foi de um pequeno manual ou informações sobre a tecnologia do espaço, pois alguns recursos não são tão intuitivos para quem chega pela primeira vez. A água no primeiro dia esquentou e depois esfriou e demorou um pouco pra esquentar de novo. Por exemplo, passamos uma noite inteira com o vidro coberto de neve, sem saber que havia um botão próximo à porta, indicado com “30 minutos”, que descongela o vidro. Cheguei a imaginar que existisse algo assim, mas não quis mexer por não ter certeza. O mesmo aconteceu com a iluminação, só depois percebemos que os botões giram pra dar intensidade a luz. Acreditamos que essas informações fariam muita diferença na experiência, especialmente considerando o nível e a proposta do chalé. Apesar disso, o lugar é lindíssimo e foi uma experiência fantástica. Tivemos a sorte de ver a aurora boreal, não tão bonita como em sommaroy, mas apareceu de forma mais sutil por causa do céu nublado, mas era possível enxergar o tom verde, especialmente nas fotos. Foi emocionante. O ambiente é extremamente romântico, acolhedor e especial. Foi realmente maravilhoso e levaremos essa experiência com muito carinho.

The service provided was good and the chalet was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free and close to the chalet. If you have a car it’s only a few minutes away from Santa’s village and the city of Rovaniemi. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer that. Provided the sky is clear you’ll likely see a lot of aurora borealis. Bring warm clothes, because the temperature was between -10 and -29 celsius during our stay.
