Stayed in what I would call an apartment for 5ppl. I thought we were in a private wooden hut but clearly not. Accommodation was grand in fairness. On first arrival didn’t know where to go as the bus dropped us off the wrong side of reception- so maybe a “you are here” sign near bus stop would be beneficial. Breakfast was lovely, good options for adults and kids- and fruit for very fussy eaters like my 3 year old. Lunch/ dinner menu fairly limited but we ate pizza each time on our stay. Restaurants fairly expensive- but I suppose that’s Finland. Overall recommend anyway :) staff all lovely

The Santa Village Cottage was spacious and clean. It has a cozy kitchen to prepare dinner to us and also a nice sauna inside the cottage. Staff were polite and provided clean instruction so that we could easy to go to our cottage and explore the Santa Claus village

We enjoyed having a kitchen in our room. Sauna in the bath is a real plus. Food was good, basic. The scrambled eggs were not good. Many breads and fruits. Very helpful staff.

Very unique setup, feel like Chrustmas everyday. Only complaint we have is that all restaurants are close at 6pm except The Three Elves Restaurant which has very limited menu, we tried it on the first day. We were going to try other restaurants on the other days, but ended up eating frozen meals and instant noodles on the rest of the days we were there.

The pleasant experience starts at the check-in reception. The staff are cheerful and friendly. Always ready to answer our queries. Buffet breakfast is provided. We visited Santa Claus and the Arctic Circle line. Posted cards home at the Post Office with their unique stamps. The cabins are clean although a little dated. The room is large and nicely lighted on the outside. The shops are reasonable in prices although the restaurant is more pricey. I would recommend this place especially if you like Santa Claus or have children.

This is a Christmas theme resort. Out of the way from the city but good place to stay and go on tours with local guides. Many winter adventures. Cabins are very nice, comfy and they all have its own sauna
