Super Auszeit in perfekter Lage

Das Appartement von Maryna ist genau wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Es sind ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Strand und 20 in die Altstadt. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und jede Frage wird sehr unkompliziert per WhatsApp sofort beantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wonderful Apartment and wonderful welcome.

We loved staying in Alessia apartment in Rovinj. The apartment had everything we needed, with all mod cons including comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and efficient air conditioning. It is also in a very quiet and convenient location. Easy walking distance to the historical town for sight seeing and eating as well as a picturesque walk or cycle to the National Park for relaxing by the sea. Definitely recommend both the Apartment and the location of Rovinj.

Alessia 01: Rovinj is stunning. Apartment was excellent and is ideally placed for exploring.

Property was exactly as described, well furnished and beautifully clean. It is in a great location out of the town centre (so quiet) but only a 5 min stroll (downhill... coming back's a bit more of a challenge) from the waterfront! Owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel most welcome. Would most definitely revisit this lovely part of Croatia and would not hesitate to use this apartment again. Absolutely recommend this apartment.

Nice area

I loved Croatia, the people were very nice and welcoming. Rovinj is a charming city, I liked the shops in town and the beaches are beautiful. I liked where we stayed as well, everything is close by, we walked everywhere. The apartment was very nice and neat, Miss Dora was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again..

A lovely stay in Rovinj

What a lovely place! The owner Luciano checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The place was very clean and bed was comfortable. The shower area is quite small though and could be a problem for some. The place is a short walk to the port and old town. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the shower area. But otherwise a perfect stay!

Eine Apartment in Rovinj

Eine Woche haben wir(2 Personen, 1 Hund) im Alessia Apartment 1 verbracht. Der Vorabkontakt mit Vermieterin und Ehemann war freundlich und schnell! Auch der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entspricht den Fotos im Internet! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine gute Größe - dass Bett war sehr bequem. Auch das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Fernseher sowie Kuschelsofa war super und von der Größe total ausreichend. Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach SPITZE! Keine fünf Minuten und man ist im Ort, der wirklich Sehenswert ist!! Auch für Ausflüge zu Fuß und mit Auto kann die Lage Punkten! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Apartment und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank Maryna und Luciano

Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos bei FeWo-direkt und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zu Fuß erreicht man sehr schnell den Hafen/die Altstadt und man könnte auch zu Fuß zum "Stadtstrand". Der Balkon reicht zum Frühstücken und ist völlig in Ordnung, wenn man keinen Wert auf Blick zum Meer oder andere Gärten legt. Eine Jasminhecke schützt vor Einblick auf den Balkon. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet und u.a. mit Parkett verlegt. Im Haus befinden sich noch andere Wohnungen und es ist in der Regel ruhig im Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wenn man zwischendurch Fragen hat, wurden unsere Emails innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet.

An excellent experience

Our stay at Alessia apartment 01 was absolutely flawless. Maryna met us in person with the keys and gave us a very cordial tour of the apartment. Cleanliness was on point. The spaciousness of the rooms, the simplicity and practicality of the home furnishing definitely left a good impression on us. Plus, the apartment is only a few minutes on foot away from Rovinj´s beautiful city centre. We can definitely recommend staying at Alessia apartment 01.

Modernes Appartement

Nachdem wir die Dörfer und Städte der näheren Umgebung besucht hatten können wir sagen, die Stadt Rovinj gefällt uns an dieser Küstenregion am besten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, ein paar Minuten oberhalb des Stadtzentrums gelegen. Ein relativ modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Funktionierendes WiFi und Sat-TV. Wer 's mag kann auf relativ harten Betten schlafen. Das Appartement selber sieht so gut wie keine Sonne, und hat dadurch im Sommer eine natürliche Kühle. Bei Bedarf kann mit der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage weiter gekühlt oder aufgeheizt werden. Für Urlauber, die mit dem eigenen Auto anreisen, ist der Wehrmutstropfen die Garagen-Einfahrt. Diese wurde vom Architekten offensichtlich für Ferien-Kleinwagen wie Fiat-500 oder ähnlich ausgelegt. Mit einem ganz normalen 5er BMW setzt man auch im leeren Zustand, nur der Fahrer im Wagen, leicht auf. Zu viele schrägen in zu kurzen Abständen führen, zumindest bei für Langstrecken tauglichem Radstand, zu Problemen. Bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise gab es keine Beschädigung durch die vielen Stein-Kanten die in unterschiedlichste Richtungen abbiegen. Nur leichte Kratzspuren an der Unterboden-Isolation. Für diesen Konstruktionsfehler des Architekten kann der Besitzer des Appartements nichts. Fazit: Die Lage und das Appartement ist Empfehlenswert.

Great Apartment

We had a great stay in Alessia Apartment. Maryna and her husband have been great hosts with excellent tips for Rovinj. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact them by mobile phone. The apartment has nice furnishings and is absolutely perfect. Opening the windows in the living room, gives you the feeling of sitting outside. Although it was very hot, the temperature inside was very good without using the air condition. You walk about 5-10 minutes to the next beach or the old town of Rovinj. We will come back. Schönes Familienappartment

Wunderschönes Appartment zum Familienurlaub in optimaler Lage. Es liegt an einer mäßig befahrenen Straße mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. In nur etwa 5 Min. lässt sich zu Fuß die Altstadt Rovinj erreichen, auch Bade- und Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden (z.B. Fahrradverleih). Das Appartment ist so eingerichtet wie zuvor beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sind jederzeit über Handy kontaktierbar. Alles ein sehr unkomplizierter, netter Kontakt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Rilassante settimana di soggiorno a Rovigno

Esclusivo appartamento con arredo moderno, spazioso e' perfettamente ubicato a metà tra il centro storico e le spiagge. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di puro relax. Grazie a Maryna ed Alessia per l'ospitalita' . Speriamo il prossimo anno di poter trascorrere qualche giorno in più .

Ottima scelta

Direi che la scelta è stata molto azzeccata! L'appartamento molto carino e pulito. Unico neo, il bagno un pò piccolo... Per il resto la posizione è ottima. La spiaggia è raggioungibile in 15 minuti di passeggiata e così pure il centro storico, tra l'altro percorrendo il lungomare, che offre uno panorama spettacolare! Squisiti e disponibilissimi i proprietari. Consiglio senza dubbio questa struttura..

Apartment is just quite as photos show, new, tastefully furnished, very well equipped, nice and clean. Owner are very nice people, even though we couldn't arrive on time, due to our family reasons, they made it work for us. Apartment is close to city centre and also to newly built beach in Rovinj and located in very quiet area. it wes very good choice, thank you Maryna and Luciano

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 4 al 18 agosto,l'appartamento è ottimo,è più spazioso di come si possa vedere dalle foto,l'arredamento è tutto nuovo,parquet nella camera e nel salone,corredato di un comodissimo divano,tv con canali satellitari Italiani,lettore dvd,internet wi-fi(funziona alla grande!),un grande angolo cottura dove non manca proprio nulla(il frigorifero è di quelli grandi con reparto refrigerante).....aria condizionata in salone e nella camera da letto,noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata perché.....l'appartamento è molto fresco ed è disposto ad est,c'è il sole sino alle 11,00 e non è male... Piccolo terrazzino dove non mancano due comode poltroncine ed un tavolino per fare due chiacchiere in totale relax. Comodità assoluta....il box condominiale,auto al sicuro senza pensare al parcheggio,che dire....semplicemente perfetto,consigliato a chi vuole soggiornare in questa meravigliosa città. Da non dimenticare...l'appartamento è situato in posizione "strategica" a nemmeno 10 minuti a piedi dalle meravigliose spiagge e altrettanto dal centro cittadino,in posizione tranquilla,la strada conduce e termina all'Hotel Park,praticamente ad uso dei soli residenti..per sonni tranquilli. Vorremmo ringraziare i proprietari,Luciano,Maryna e la piccola Alessia per l'accoglienza riservataci e la disponibilità dimostrata. Ci torneremo Angelo & Lucia-Milano
