It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to do is bring yourself!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
Outside:
A beautiful private enclosed garden with terrace, totalling approximately 60 m², facing north-east with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 3 m², accessible from bedroom 2
- A north-facing balcony of approx. 4 m², accessible from bedroom 3
