Take a seat on the balcony of this apartment located on the 5th floor of the "La Grande Hune" residence.
You’ll enjoy a bright living room with a flat-screen TV and a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, tabletop fridge, and dishwasher.
The bedroom, with a 140 cm bed and separated by a folding door, also opens onto the balcony. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a washing machine, and a toilet, ensuring maximum comfort.
You will also have access to a private underground garage for a standard-size vehicle and Wi-Fi on the ground floor of the residence.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
