Also short distances you have to a variety of restaurants and a market. Enjoy the flair of Royan. It is a beautiful seaside resort with many events from June to September.

The very famous zoo of La Palmyre can be reached in 15 minutes by car. However, you can also reach the Planet Exotica Zoo within 20 minutes walk. You can decide.



The city of La Rochelle and the offshore island of Île de Ré are 1 hour away by car and are worth visiting.

Appartement très bien placé. Par contre il serait temps de donner un coup de rénovation, notamment la salle de bain, changer la toile cirée, l'egouttoir a vaisselle ou les rideaux, toujours dans leur jus des annes 80 ?
