In the middle of two ski areas. Pond for ice skating. Skates available. Wood fired sauna. 8 person outdoor hot tub. Sleds for sledding across the street by the church. We just decided to go independent after 3 years managed by evolve to save on fees. Only doing VRBO currently.

We actually insist that you make sure this is for you- because we have no problem renting every single weekend and some weeks of the ski season being one of the few properties that can accommodate 3 families at once for like $25 per person per night, being so close to Sunday River. Please if you have any reservations, please find another property. We do not want any surprises.
