I have stayed here a few times and everything about this hotel is wonderful , from the delightful rooms , very attentive and joyful staff to the continental breakfast which is included .. Definitely will return again and again as i will be visiting family that way regularly .

Another fantastic stay at the Chester Grosvener Hotel. From the friendly and welcoming people at the reception through to the wonderful breakfast staff and the always helpful housekeeping staff, this was a 5 star experience.

The hotel was lovely. Our only gripe was with Hotels.Com, who refused to allow us to move the booking and then lied to us about what the hotel had said to them. I will use the hotel again, but won’t be booking via Hotels.Com

Absolutely loved our stay at the Grosvenor really welcoming and warm staff, lovely room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. A stunning breakfast with really good choice. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.
