Despite the potential and great location, unfortunately this property is no more than 2 stars due to cleanliness and service. The other reviews that claim it seems great at first then you start to notice little faults, is absolutely true. First of all the toilet was not cleaned upon walking into our room which was absolutely disgusting. You will notice random hairs that aren’t yours, dusty corners, nicks and scruffs, stained bed sheets, and just overall need for renovation or touch up. To make it worse we stayed for 3 nights / 4 days and room service never came once. When I told the front desk, they eventually knocked on our door at 9:30p the even before we were leaving asking if we wanted to be serviced. Then you should also be aware that they will automatically charge you $55 per night for parking even if you did NOT use their parking garage - they assume you did. And it is also very deceitful because you manually pay with a ticket to get out of the garage so you can potentially be charged twice. They advised that they will reverse the erroneous charges after 2 calls, but I am still waiting for it to be cleared. I never got to check out the pool or gym but judging by the condition of the rest of the hotel, I’m sure it was probably filthy. Lobby is nice, restaurant & bar and surrounding walking grounds are beautiful so it is sad that Hilton didn’t live up to their name especially being a major hotel chain. I don’t recommend overall - find somewhere else that is cleaner.
