Annonce pas conforme au bien
L'annonce ne présente pas de photo de la façade de l'appartement mais celle des locations voisines. Elle n'est effectivement pas trÚs vendeuse.
Le piscine partagée n'est pas clairement indiquée dans le corps de l'annonce mais que lorsqu'on affiche le détail des équipements. De plus, elle est trop petite pour accueillir les 18 personnes potentielles de la copropriété.
L'état général de l'appartement nécessiterait une bonne remise en état avant exploitation.
La vaisselle et les ustensiles ne sont pas adaptés à la capacité de cette location.
