Good stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. My only complaint is with hotels.com for selling us a room with a king bed and sofa to sleep 3 when no such room exists at this location. We were offered a roll away, but that is not how hotels.com presented our room.

Won't stay here again. Our visit here started when we arrived and the man at the front desk told us how lucky we were that we were on the second floor because the elevator was out. Then we went to our room and the entire second floor was a mess. Our room wasn't ready. This was almost two hours after check in time. They were going to give us a different room but couldn't figure out which rooms were ready and how to do it, so we decided to go to dinner and just wait. We came back and the floors in the main lobby, stairways and carpet in main areas are visibly dirty. In our room, the bathroom floors had dirt all around the edges. My comforter had stains on it. I believe the sheets and towels were clean as were the tops of the bedside tables. Breakfast was actually good and the dining area was clean and well taken care of. There was a man hanging around being a nuisance for the staff. They were trying to get rid of him. There's also not a lot of places to eat in the area. I wouldn't stay here on purpose again. If you're on the road and you wander upon it, it'll do for a night.

Quiet spot a bit isolated but super handy to the hiway when travelling. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Great Mexican restaurant in plaza next door

I couldn’t stay there. The room were all on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator service. It was broken the rep checked me in then tells me I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I couldn’t get a refund because I book on Expedia with the extra fee for cancellation insurance and was not able to get my refund because the site demand document stating that fact. Very very disappointed! Ox

The heating, cooling system in our roo was auful. The temperature controls seemed to have no effect and the blower fan ran continuously causing noise and cold air to blow continuously.

Room and staff where great. The breakfast was not wonderful, ok, but little variety, and very limited seating for a hotel this size. (they were sold out the night we were there if that helps). And, the sound isolation from adjoining rooms was awful (room 308). The connecting door to the nxt may as well have been open, and we could see light under it. Heard from 2 other rooms as well based on the voices. We'd stay again, just issues.

A VERY NICE HOTEL
