Staff was amazingly friendly, especially Kelsy. She went above and beyond to make sure that all guest had a hot meal while taking care of a busy front desk all by herself. Honestly, a morning breakfast attended on the weekends would se3m a win win for checking out guests and keeping breakfast stalked. The room was super clean and over all our experience was great.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We never felt unsafe. The desk clerk was very accommodating in providing a room away from active kids in the upper floor. We love the hotel's location and had a great view of Indian Lake. The only downside was the breakfast which was meager and only had apples as fresh fruit. The waffle maker was fine and very popular. However, the substandard breakfast did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We will return.

Nice clean room. Close to our destination. Comfortable bed. Just wish breakfast could be later. We like to sleep in so we always missed it. Maybe 8:00 to 11:00.

Very nice hotel. Close to lots of nice restaurants. The breakfast is a little scarce but we don’t stay at hotels for their breakfast. Would highly recommend.

It was clean, and that’s my only positive. The beds suck, breakfast sucked, our shower had a nice, full-sized, EMPTY bottle of shower gel…. And, this part is sort of on me, I forgot my leftovers from dinner in our room. Went back to grab them about 5 til checkout and my key was already not working. However, I then said “excuse me” to housekeeping the next room over to which they happily ignored me. I finally went back downstairs to check out after giving up and mentioned this (the lack of shower products - which was discovered about an hour before checkout and we still had to pack back up, and the leftovers/being blown off by housekeeping) to the front desk, to which she responded “how would you like your receipt”. Not an ounce of sympathy, empathy, nothing. After I stared at her for a second, she finally said “do you want let back into your room?” Like it was an inconvenience. At this point, just throw them away. Awful service. If I wanted to be uncomfortable and unable to shower, I would have just camped in a tent for free.
