You’ll enjoy a spacious 40 m² terrace, thoughtfully furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, and a welcoming dining area. Just steps away, a charming 3x3 m pool awaits, featuring an integrated staircase and a built-in bench — perfect for relaxing under the sun.

The property sits on 6,000 m² of land, with 1,500 m² reserved exclusively for your use.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The bright living area combines a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing warm, convivial moments.

Bathed in sunlight throughout the day, the house offers breathtaking views of the hills of the Provençal Colorado.

The underfloor heating not only provides cozy warmth in winter, but also offers a pleasant cooling function in summer – ensuring a consistently perfect indoor climate.

Bed linen is provided (sheets, towels, and pool towels), and underfloor cooling ensures a pleasant temperature during the summer.
