We were treated amazing. We even had a sauna in the room. The supper is multi course and it’s was so good! Location is excellent, Breakfast was blow away! The staff did so much to make sure we were happy….If you travelling to Zell Am See you WANT to stay here.

Ideal location. Well thought out room with toaster and kettle; ideal to make a bite to eat. Breakfast was disappointing; not worth the money. Because it was in between the winter and summer season there was no hot buffet. We were made an omelette but in hindsight would have booked without breakfast. Staff and room were great though and would return again

The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables

Super convenient for all that you need made the trip more enjoyable. Spa facilities very nice outdoor pool great. Breakfast and dinner good quality will book here again.
