"we had a grand time , the food was excellent and the staff was beyond awesome , our room was just beautiful and once again the staff was so friendly and helpful .they arranged us Tuk Tuk rides to all the sites , we just love the peacefullness of this bay , totally a 10 all the way around"

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 levels elevator broken. My wife in disabled and it was extremely difficult for her to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. Asked for ground level room, they said too bad. Padlocks instead if door keys. Sheets had holes in them. Bathtub, but handles ..."
