Anytime I come to sac I will always stay at this hotel! The customer service was the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Michael at the check in desk was so helpful and even hooked my partner and I up with free drink vouchers when we told him it was our anniversary! Later in the night at the bar we met Renae who was so sweet and talked with us the whole time we were there making sure we liked our drinks. 10/10 would recommend, this was the best way to spend our anniversary!

The AC Marriott has the most incredible staff members. From the moment my family and I arrived at the hotel to moment we left… Smiles, professionalism, incredible hospitality.. We look forward to going back soon! I must also mention the incredible bartender and yummy drinks!!

The staff was amazing. The shower area needed cleaning. The shampoo bottles had hair all over them. No tissues in the room or handsoap when we first arrive. A homeless women poop right next to our car in the parking area next to the hotel. The lavender packets were a really wonderful touch.

The lobby was nice, but there wasn't privacy at check-in. Hallway to room was clean and looked newly renovated. First room had clogged toilet and so a smell that was not pleasant. While a new room was immediately offered, mood had fallen. Couldn't then turn off heating/fan in second room. Pretty uncomfortable. Should add that parking by valet was recommended after had to pay for self-parking. Maybe this should be communicated differently.
