• 4 Bedrooms – Each with a pillow-top queen mattress for a restful sleep
• 2 Full Bathrooms – Includes a bathtub, walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap
• Living Room – Open-concept layout with comfy seating and a 65” UHD 4K Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps
• Dining Area – Seats up to 10 at a large family table
• Family Room – Features a cozy couch, two love seats, coffee table, and privacy curtains
• Fully Stocked Kitchen – High-end stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, K-cup machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper)
• Laundry Room – Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and complimentary detergent for short stays

• Please enjoy meals in the dining area and avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms
• Be respectful of the home and furnishings
• Kindly use the driveway or street parking in front of the home
• No parties or events allowed
• No unregistered visitors permitted
• No pets
• No smoking or drug use inside the home (including medical cannabis)
• Locals must contact us before booking
• Pool is only available during summer and is not heated
• Use of the pool is at your own risk — we are not liable for any accidents or injuries
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for security

• We perform pool maintenance before each check-in, but due to nearby trees, occasional leaves may fall in — this is a natural and unavoidable occurrence
• The pool floor has cosmetic stains from maintenance chemicals
• We use a professional pest control service monthly. However, due to the rural setting and warm weather, occasional bugs or critters may appear. By booking, guests acknowledge this natural possibility
