Room was clean and comfortable. Two sets of towels for three people but we made due. Didn’t make use of breakfast (if there was one, we couldn’t tell) we left early morning. Front desk personnel wasn’t friendly or unfriendly which was unusual and one of our two room keys didn’t work at all.

I have stayed at the property when it was another brand and I really liked it, but on this stay, the Hotel appeared kind of empty and dull. I never saw the restaurant open, I didn't see a bar or gathering place besides in the closed restaurant. The toilet ran, most of the tv channels said there was no signal, there was no remote for the TV in the fitness center and the TV on the treadmill didn't have sound and I saw about 3 homeless people in the parking lot. On a good note, the bed was comfortable.

We stayed on the 4th floor, it was raining outside so maybe that had an impact on the way the hallways smelt. But as soon as we stepped off the elevator it smelled like wet dog and just overall musky. The coca-cola machine was very convenient but the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken at the time we stayed and we ended up having to go all the way down to the 1st floor to get ice. The room was cozy and had a nice view, overall 3.5/5 for cleanliness. However, I’m not sure if it was intentional but the bathtub was missing the shower plug so it was next to impossible to take a hot bath and the curtains had peculiar looking brown stains in one spot. Now on a positive note, I had key issues the entire time which was to nobody’s fault but my own as I was constantly demagnetizing it by laying on, near, or beside my phone or wallet and needed a new room key every night. They were kind enough to tell me what was causing the issue and although I still made the mistake they had no resistance or sour attitudes towards making a new key (even if it was 10pm at night). Morning and night staff were always kind and I delighted in engaging in friendly conversations with them. Parking, booking, checking in, and check out was all relatively easy. Overall not a terrible place to stay when ur in a pinch or on a budget!
