The Golden 1 Center is just 1 block away, The state Capitol 3 blocks away, old Sac 6 blocks away. Catch the summer events at Caesar Chavez park just 2 blocks away. Choose from a huge selection to Grab food & drinks at. All while enjoying peace and relaxation in a private luxury loft that is designed to provide relaxation from the daily grind of life.
This is a residential community so we ask that all guests respect the residents by limiting activities and noise in the hallways and loud music and noises in the apartment. The walls and floor are solid though, so enjoy yourselves!

Leave the trash bag tied and in the trash bin, place in the hallway for garbage pick up nightly by 8pm.

Parking: One parking spot is available for an extra fee of $30/night. The garage is directly across the street. Parking can be added at any point after your reservation. Parking directions including garage level and space assignment will be sent after reserving parking; however, process is not immediate so if you need to reserve parking close to your check-in time please keep that in mind.

Pets: Eligible pets will be $37/night. Pet fee can be paid after your reservation.
