Hyatt Centric was great. The staff were personable and friendly. The hotel room was very nice and plenty of room. The Caliber Club had great music and drinks. Your can beat the location, its on walking distance to everything. It was a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay again.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Checking in/out, valet were are very easy. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located for our night at PBR. The food at the rooftop bar on the 6th floor was delicious. Will definitely stay again!

The staff were okay, mostly nice but i think one was having a hard day. Two guys were super cool and asking about the concert my bf and i were going to! The room was spotless and frankly i wish i stayed another night!

The hotel was, mostly, fantastic! We had a beautiful, large room, and the entire hotel (lobby, rooms, restaurants, baths) all had a gorgeous, glam vibe— clearly designed by a talented decorator. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The only downside was that it’s located downtown, in, what feels like a very dangerous area. We went for breakfast only one block down, and were harassed (and even followed!) by homeless. And, for this reason, we also paid the insane $47/day to valet our car.
