Room and hotel is brand new. Very clean and comfortable they have this absurd policy with credit cards. I brought my extended family on this trip and purchased another room. The hotel refused to allow me to change the card on file or change the card on checkout which is unheard of at any hotel. Called the corporate office and they were baffled but could not help because this property is a franchise. Be warned.

Nice hotel, needs better service

We booked a king bed room and got a queen room. Front desk refused and said since we booked through third party system, our room type was not guaranteed. We were only there for one night so didn’t fight it. Room was nice but there was a stain on the bedspread, making me wonder how clean the linens were. The bathroom sink drain was slow. Overall, looked like the place needed better upkeep, even though it’s a newer hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room we initially paid for was not available and were bumped down from a 2 queen with kitchen and pull out bed to a 1 queen 1 pull out the price was okay for the stay but the switch made me a little upset as i payed for something specific and got something else entirely

The hotel did have renovations so unfortunately there was no elevator available to my room. I did have my kids so that would’ve been easier but the staff was very apologetic and informative of what way to take and accommodating.

When we got there, the front desk asked if wouldn't mind waiting for our room. They said they were very busy and having a hard time getting the rooms turned around with the cleaning staff. We agreed to wait. It took about 15 minutes and they did call us over to check in.The process went fine and we got the keys to the room. When we entered, I went in to use the restroom. There was a dark hair on the toilet seat and a smudge of something dark on the back end of the seat. I quickly wiped both of them off since I needed to use the toilet. I did my business, washed my hands and left the bathroom. My son went into the bathroom to take a shower and while he was showering, I was going to lay down and take a nap. I pulled the covers back, and the sheets were soiled! There was a large yellowish stain right in the middle of the bed!!!! I told my son to get out of the bathroom to come check this out. We noticed that the sheets had not been changed at all. the corners of the bed sheets were all bunched up at the very top of the corners of the mattress and the bed sheets themselves were messed up. I called down to the front desk and they said that they needed to send someone up to the room. A guy came about 5 minutes later to take pictures. After about 20 minutes they gave us another room, and this room had a clean bed, but mud, dirt and grass clumps were all over the carpet. The night stand and dresser were covered in dust and large pieces of white lint stuff. I have pictures!
