Easy place to like if you are flying in and out of Sacramento. Very close to airport so it does not take very long to get there on shuttle. Room is spacious and well appointed. No airport noise. Bar and restaurant food is available which is important if you do not have a car. It is a ways from any restaurants.

Hotel and staff were excellent. All brand new except the little design flaws were odd. Glass shower door had no handle on the inside to pull it closed and there was a burdensome pocket door for the bathroom that had a horrible squeak. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely terrible we stayed two different nights the first night. I called to make sure the shuttle would pick me up from the airport multiple times before I got to the airport. And then once I got there, they told me the shuttle was out of service. The second night I stayed I stayed in a master suite and the shower was full of someone else’s hair. Not only that in the silverware drawer was someone else’s chewed up gum. And it looked like they just put all the dirty dishes back in the cupboard.

We specifically booked this hotel because we needed airport transportation via the shuttle. We were told upon airport arrival that the shuttle was broken and that no alternative option was provided by the Hyatt House. We ended up paying $30 for an Uber and messing around with 2 cars seats and tired babies in the dark. We asked for compensation and were denied and also told that the front desk would do nothing to rectify the situation. We had to schedule another $30 Uber at 4am with our two car seats and babies to get back for our morning flight. The lack of accountability and customer service was astounding, especially considering we are a family two small children. I would not recommend or ever stay at Hyatt House again.
