the room was nice , the bathroom was excellent. we checked in around 6:00 pm , loud noises, banging yelling up until about 1:am. we could not contact the desk by phone ,so we went down to the checkin desk. the young man moved us to another room.we happened to run into the people in the next room ,they also kept awake by the loud noises, but tough it out instead of complaining

The property is nice, convenient location. Checking in was easy. I got to the room and noticed the floors were dirty and sticky. I called and asked for another room. The front desk person said that they did not have any additional rooms and would send someone up to clean the room. They also said for safety reasons I couldn’t be there. I left and came back late. When I arrived the floors initially looked clean, so I stayed. When I woke up in the morning I saw that there were still some sticky parts to the floor. I’m not sure if they lied about cleaning the floor of if the person did a quick job. I also had a hard time sleeping because of the elevator and some really noisy people next door. The breakfast was okay, enough options. Most of the staff were very friendly.

I booked handicap rooms due to me having a C-section and us having to travel to go home. My room was not handicap accessible it had a strandard shower, no grab bars, when I addres it with the property they told me that was a disabled room for hearing loss and it’s what hotels.com booked me. They charged me 343.11 for the room instead of the $260. The property had a very rude worker that just seems to says is what it is. I will never go back.

The place is fairly new. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. There’s outdoor parking. You’re gonna seem like a pretty safe area. Dining areas are close with even more options. 10 to 15 minutes out. Hotel was very clean in the indoor pool area was amazing.
