First off, I’d like to preface this with I have spoken to host/management company about things that can be better at this home. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and other rentals so we know what to expect. I’m not going to give them a bad review if they take my suggestions on how to make this place a 5* versus a 3 or 4. And the feedback was appreciated so I’m hoping it will turn into a 5* rental. House is spacious for sure as we had 8 people staying here. However, house is not furnished appropriately to house that many people. Cleaning crew could also do better. Check in and out was easy. It would help to have a checklist of how things work such as the Air conditioner, whole house fan, where additional items may be located to make stay better such as TP, garbage bags, etc.. we ended up locating those items in the garage but it wasn’t until after we had already bought some at the store. We would stay here again if things improved for sure. Appreciate the promptness of the owner/host with inquiries.
