I would not recommend staying here unless the host (Madison) can get her act together. No check in instructions were sent and my messages to her in the day leading up to stay were not answered. Check in was clearly listed as 4pm but we showed up a few mins after 4 and cleaners were still there and wouldn't be done for 1.5-2 more hours. Finally received check in instructions from someone else (property manager?). We had driven 7 hours with 5 kids and had to go out to dinner while we waited. House was clean but the smoke detector was constantly chirping in the master bedroom. Message to host was not responded to quickly so we had to go buy a 10 battery and install ourselves. We also couldn’t locate bath towels. The host told me to contact her cleaner and acted like I should have known to contact her and already had her number. Turns out they were left in the dryer. We also didn’t receive any check out instructions. The whole experience was bizarre and felt very unwelcoming. The house was fine. Very basic amenities, but clean and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay.
