In Saint-Agnan, in the heart of gently rolling countryside, this gîte is an ideal base for discovering the Tarn region. Nearby, Lavaur welcomes you with its lively market and local shops. Bastide towns such as Lisle-sur-Tarn and Rabastens are perfect for strolling beneath the arcades, while country roads wind through vineyards and fields towards the Gaillac wine area. For a more urban day out, Albi, Castres and Toulouse are all within easy reach. Walks, markets, heritage and outdoor moments allow everyone to enjoy their stay at their own pace. The house, detached and peacefully set, offers generous spaces ideal for family holidays or stays with friends. On the ground floor, the large living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) and a spacious dining area facing outside with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The lounge, set a few steps lower, creates a cosy and welcoming space with fireplace, TV and table football. A shower room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC completes this level. Upstairs, which is air-conditioned, four comfortable bedrooms accommodate both adults and children: - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190) - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190), one of which also has a baby cot A mezzanine with games, books and a desk, a bathroom with corner bathtub and separate WC complete the upper floor. Outside, the enclosed private garden offers space for play and relaxation. The covered terrace naturally extends summer evenings around shared meals. The private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.10 m to 2 m – open from May 10 to late September), secured by a fence, quickly becomes the favourite gathering spot; a pool house with shower and WC adds extra convenience. Children can enjoy the slides. Private parking is available, with the option of covered parking. Located near the family farm, this house, over 100 years old, has evolved through the generations. The combination of the spacious proportions typical of traditional homes with successive contemporary renovations gives it both charm and comfort.
