The location was great! Service was excellent and the Matto restaurant that was connected was incredible! The room with two double beds was on the small side, but very nice!

Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. I loved the coffee station that could be accessed 24/7. The room was clean, well made and had a nice view of the Chateau Frontenac in the distance. The hotel is just on the edge of the old town so you're close to the action with a quiet retreat. The only thing that wasn't clear was that the breakfast at the hotel is an extra charge (which in the end costs about the same as any breakfast nearby). Otherwise I had a lovely stay and would book again on my next visit to Quebec.

très belle hôtel, très bien situé, nous avons beaucoup aimé , l’ambiance et l’odeur nous as donné envie d’y retourner. Bémol dans notre chambre, poussiéreux et nous avons eu a déplacer un fauteuil pour placer notre valise et c’était sale sous le fauteuil. mais en sommes nous recommandons cette hôtel.

Quaint & cozy. Lovely staff. Always someone at guest service desk. They were very friendly & helpful. The room was small but all we needed as we were always out exploring the beauty of the city. Lots of shops & restaurants just steps away. But far enough and quiet. Clean room. Everything you need.

Convenient hotel right in the heart of Québec City! Hotel staff was great. There’s a station with free tea and coffee as well. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel but were within walking distance to a lot of breakfast spots like Le Buffet de L’Antiquiaire.
